Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for Using FKBae Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FKBae website located at fkbae.org (the "Site") and its associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FKBae.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

FKBae provides an online platform for adult social networking and dating, facilitating connections and interactions between consenting adults. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, user profiles, messaging systems, content sharing features, and community forums.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. FKBae is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.
7. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by FKBae, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The FKBae name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FKBae or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of FKBae.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FKBae a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FKBAE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT FKBAE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FKBAE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY DOLLARS (USD $50.00).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FKBAE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FKBae makes no warranty that:

1. The Services will meet your requirements.
2. The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3. The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
4. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
